• Leads the manufacturing and marketing of diverse products domestically and internationally under brands like Chik, Spinz, Fairever, Meera, Nyle, Raaga Professional, Karthika, Biker’s, Indica, Cavin’s, Ruchi, Chinnis, Maa and Garden etc.
• Pioneered ‘Unisex Salons’ in India with brands Green Trends and Limelite, offering personal styling and beauty solutions for the entire family
• Currently serves as the President of TiE – Chennai Chapter and has held leadership positions in industry associations such as CII (Southern Region), AIM, and MMA
• Founder-member of the Ability Foundation, instituting CAVINKARE ABILITY AWARDS and CHINNIKRISHNAN INNOVATION AWARDS to recognize exceptional individuals and encourage small entrepreneurs
